To Do in San Francisco: A Current Affair
A Current Affair is a community that travels the country showcasing over 70 vintage retailers and private dealers each year. Clothing, accessories, jewelry, you name it. They represent a wide variety of sellers from across the world that gather 3 times a year in LA, twice in NY and once in San Francisco. I have made it a tradition to go this being my third year. I really enjoy talking to all the retailers while searching for the perfect find. Some notable retailers that will be attending this year include Eden and Eden (SF), James Veloria (NY), Moth Food (Detroit), Spanish Moss (LA) and many more.
The showcase is held at the historic 45,000 sq ft Craneway Pavilion in the East Bay (Richmond, CA). Although it’s geographically in somewhat of a secluded area, the beautiful views of the San Francisco skyline makes up for it. Tickets are still available and start at $12.
