Beauty by Imagination is Hiring Creative Content Manager (NYC)
**This is a 6 month assignment.
The Creative Content Manager is a new role within the company. One-part content ideator, one-part strategist, one-part creative production PM, you’ll use your creative juices to help brainstorm new campaigns and projects while also putting your analytical and organizational skills to the test by managing projects, disseminating results and assisting behind the scenes on various brand-driven photo and video productions.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in a creative or content role with project/budget management inclusion
Solid creative and technical writing skills
Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail
Previous experience or exposure to photo/video production
Experience creating assets for digital platforms including social media
Technical skills to present out concepts in presentation format; confidence and strong public-speaking skills to deliver it to leadership
Strong creative contacts in the industry across photography, video and graphic design
Graphic design and video editing skills a plus
Beauty experience mandatory.
Serious consideration given to candidates with a haircare background, specifically across consumer and professional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with internal teams to determine content asset needs to support yearly product launches and ongoing social media, ecommerce and educational programming
Ideate and present out creative ideation for review and approval
Translate creative needs into action with consideration of project scope, timelines, and budget
Engage and negotiate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, HMU/modeling agencies, etc.
Help to execute and manage beauty photography, product still-life photography and video shoots
Manage multiple timelines for deliverables with internal teams and vendors, ensuring review meetings are scheduled and final assets are received on-time and correctly
Partner with sales, marketing, ecomm, education and social media teams to review results and report back on success metrics to executive leadership
Work with internal teams and outside vendors to make sure billing and invoicing of assets is handled in a timely manner
