Janessa Leoné is Hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Culver City, Los Angeles)

Janessa Leone is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. You have a deep passion for offering exceptional luxury retail experiences. Supporting the store manager with day-to-day operations, product assortment, virtual appointments, visual merchandising and customer service. Working collaboratively with team members to dive and achieve sales targets.

As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a best in class customer experience. This role is based in Los Angeles at our flagship store, The Edit by Janessa Leoné, Culver City. In addition, we may also require you to work at pop-up opportunities in Los Angeles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience

  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track-record driving sales

  • Experience designing and managing VIP client service programs

  • Excellent people/coaching skills Strong attention to detail

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • A flexible schedule that matches the needs of a fast-paced retail environment

  • Passion for fashion and design

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Omni channel sales for our community via retail floor, email/text outreach clienteling

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key metrics for The Edit monthly reports with qualitative and quantitative results creative to address challenges.

  • Increase customer conversion and retention by fostering a culture of best in class customer experience, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Develop and deliver a thoughtful, hands-on memorable customer experience

  • Support pop-up events and in-store experiences aimed at increasing customer engagement and life-time value.

  • Support the retail manager in maintaining client relationships and outreach programs.

  • Be fully responsible for a shift in our store (guest experience open/close)

  • Proactively take on challenges, research information, troubleshoot problems and creatively deliver results.

  • Host virtual and in-person stylist appointments, focused on increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales, especially among new customers.

  • Support the Janessa Leoné e-com customer service team as needed, to respond to customer email and phone inquiries.

  • Support the Retail Manager with operational objectives and day to day management of the store including visual merchandising and inventory levels.

  • Uphold a cheerful collaborative and work environment by fostering the Janessa Leoné team culture with the retail team.

  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards to reflect the high quality of our product.

  • When required attend staff meetings and training sessions with the Janessa Leone team, contribute ideas to marketing plans and provide valuable feedback to help guide the direction of future collections and strategies.
