LTK is Hiring Senior Creative Producer (NYC / Remote)

We run nearly $3B of retail sales per year through the LTK platform and the LikeToKnow.it (LTK) consumer app has more than 1.5M monthly active consumers connecting directly with our network of influencers. We are expanding rapidly and have tremendous growth ahead.

LTK is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to help bring projects across brand and marketing to life. This person will be responsible for helping to plan and execute marketing campaigns collaborating with designers, content strategists, and stakeholders to bring brand building creative work to market.
This role requires world-class communication ability with experience creating scalable processes that allow creative teams to meet deadlines, quality standards, and meet strategy expectations. We are looking for someone with a keen ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges for content production across the LTK platform. The day-to-day will be producing and managing numerous projects, nurturing and building cross-functional relationships, and generally leading the team to deliver top notch creative. This Sr Creative Producer will be part of the larger Creative team, reporting to our VP, UX/Product Design & Creative.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in a creative producer role supporting creative advertising work
2+ years managing people and leading teams to reach their full potential
Degree in a digital design or marketing/advertising industry
Expertise with Asana or other project management tools
Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability and experience collaborating with creative teams and agencies
Team player with refined and assertive leadership skills and ability to positively influence change through solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy
Understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environment
A demonstrated history of exercising appropriate urgency when trafficking, scoping, and resourcing work
Respectful when challenging assumptions and give and receive feedback with equal grace
Estimate work, commit and deliver on deadlines and are vocal when risk arises
Ability to influence peers and managers to build consensus
Passionate about developing and mentoring junior creative talent
RESPONIBILITIES
Lead the team to design and deliver experiences that help grow our brand.
Create and maintain project schedules for all assets from brief through final delivery, and communicate any changes as they arise.
Ensure briefs are complete before work begins, and partner with teams to gather any missing information.
Manage creative project planning and work with stakeholders across the organization to set timelines and roadmaps
Proactively recommend and advocate for solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Share any process changes, tool updates, training and timing for implementation as required.
Help lead creative reviews by creating and communicating agendas beforehand, sending recaps, notes and next steps afterwards.
Own the Creative team Asana board and actively monitor project status and proactively communicate to escalate any challenges that put a project at risk.
Resolve obstacles and manage change requests as they arise, working with cross-functional colleagues to adjust timelines, project scope and/or resources as needed.
Work directly with senior stakeholders and department heads and nurture cross-team relationships with partners to help them understand the creative production process.
Nurture your creative production network to identify creative agencies + freelancers to grow our rolodex and scale our creative work.
Help recruit and develop extraordinary talent, by managing and mentoring teams of designers
