Museum of Ice Cream is an experience-first brand fueled by the power of imagination and connection. From installations that ignite all five senses to products that are made to inspire, we lead with the honest belief that anything is possible.

Currently looking for a Creative Director who firmly believes that inclusive, transcendent experiences can capture the hearts of all. Your work & imagination must channel Philip Johnson, Walt Disney and Elon Musk! You should have a strong creative voice and extensive experience leading creative teams, and a clear vision for what experiences, products, digital voice and collateral should look and feel like.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have 7-10 years of experience doing creative work, with at least 3 years of experience leading a creative team

  • You have built and designed in the experiential design space

  • You have a college degree in the creative arts, in art direction, in design or in another related field

  • You have a keen eye for high-quality, luxury-level design

  • You are awareness of emerging trends in the design and experiential spaces

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are able to work cross-functionally across the entire Company

  • You are a skilled, empathetic leader who has had great success in leading creative teams

  • You are capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment

  • You are a responsible self-starter and are comfortable working both independently, and taking specific guidance and direction

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the creative vision and execution for the Museum of Ice Cream brand including in-person experiences, events, installations, products, digital and social, and more!

  • Lead, manage and mentor our creative team to build new, innovative brand concepts for Museum of Ice Cream across all brand touchpoints.

  • Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed is consistent, cohesive and builds towards creating the best possible experience for our guests.

  • Responsible for overseeing creative direction of all visual content, including photography, retouching, illustration and any other design needs.

  • Create innovation in design concepts and visual art direction, while maintaining brand strategy and identity.
