The Senior Graphic Designer will work on the conception and execution of various print, digital and environmental design projects. This role reports to The Wing’s Design Director, assists with managing more junior designers, and will work closely with other members of the design, production, experiential and copy teams.

REQUIREMENTS

BFA or equivalent degree in Graphic Design
At least 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer, whether in-house or at an agency or design firm
Experience working with 3-dimensional graphics and environmental signage
Extensive experience with print production
Immaculate typography skills and strong examples of branding work

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create original designs for various brand touch points including environmental signage, special events, member communications, merchandise, and more

Develop innovative design concepts that remain true to the brand’s identity standards
Conceptualize with and take direction from the Design Director to push projects forward
Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop creative solutions and art direction for various video, social, photography, and marketing campaigns
Prepare mechanical files and print specs for the production of various print and signage projects.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and manage schedules for multiple cross-departmental projects.
Help oversee junior designers in the execution of day to day tasks.
Communicate to leadership the status of various ongoing projects.
