Senior Brand Designer is a visual force within our in-house creative team. You'll take the lead in crafting captivating design projects that span both print and digital, including ads, emails, packaging, paid, social media, and more. You will bring our brands unique, style-first approach to life by creating visually stunning experiences that drive our business forward.
Reporting to our Creative Director, you'll collaborate within the Marketing team alongside cross-functional departments to ensure every touchpoint reflects the fearless spirit of our brands.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000.

REQUIREMENTS
You're design obsessed with 5+ years of experience, and you know how to make digital assets shine across print, web, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing
Adobe CC tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro are your trusted sidekicks. Light retouching and color correction skills are a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain our brands visual identity, evolving a captivating use of typography, layout, design patterns, color, and more that make each brand pop!
Partner with the Creative Director and fellow Brand Designers to define and uphold all style guidelines, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience that wows our community with thoughtful, results-driven design solutions
Lead on concepting and designing all brand materials, from exciting evergreen to campaign-specific marketing assets, emails, ads, paid content, social media, and other sales materials. Your design will be the secret ingredient that propels our business forward
Autonomously manage your day-to-day workload, keeping everyone in the loop with timelines and updates at every stage
Manage any creative freelancers, briefing them on projects and providing guidance and feedback to ensure their work is on point
Keep our design archive in check by maintaining globally-available working files, ensuring consistent backups
