Nanushka is Hiring Content & Community Manager (Budapest)
Nanushka is one of the most successful contemporary womenswear brands and was founded in 2006 in Budapest, named after head designer Sandra Sándor. Nanushka delivers a modern, versatile, day to night wardrobe for the modern human with the aim of creating a new informal form of beauty. With clothing designed in Budapest and produced in Europe, the collections showcase the finest craftsmanship and materials.
As Content and Community Manager, you will develop Nanushka’s social strategy across all platforms and you will also create content to deliver that strategy. As a native social media user, you will live and breath the Nanushka brand, and you will occasionally become the eyes and voice of our creative team to create content and post it while participating in key events around the globe. This is a hands-on role from planning to execution and owning the content on all our social platforms. You’ll need to demonstrate great strategic skills and most importantly, you will be responsible for making sure all of our online content has a unified voice and message as well as that special oomph. You’re a true enthusiast with a wide fashion knowledge and will demonstrate a real passion for style and sophistication.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, Marketing (or Journalism)
2-5 years experience working on content or copy as part of a company, agency or magazine editor team where connecting audiences with brands has been an integral part of your job and mission
Hands-on experience with social media and web content, including content management systems and community management
You have a passion for the fashion industry, new media and pop culture
Knowledgeable about social media trends and just gets what good content looks like
Have a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful personality who understands and clicks with the Nanushka audience
A great team player, who performs well under deadlines and maintains a good team spirit
You have a keen sense of what garment is appropriate for any situation and you possess a very solid aesthetic and design sense
Demonstrate excellent project and time management skills
Able to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks, even under pressure
Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English, knowledge of any other language is a plus
Have experience working in an international team
Willing to relocate to Budapest and travel often to cities like London, Paris, New York City and who knows where
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will keep the dialogue open and going
Identify successful content and best practices with a special focus on the brand’s social media presence to achieve strong engagement in all Nanushka content
Supervise all content initiatives to ensure brand consistency and assure positive customer experiences across all channels (online and mobile)
Revolutionize the new content development process and create, improve, curate and maintain all Nanushka related content on different digital platforms
Lead the social strategy including platform choices, TOV, content strategy, objectives, measurement
Report to the Marketing Director who is overseeing the entire marketing strategy, from plan to execution
Maintain and supervise a highly organized content calendar that is in line with our business objectives
Make sure content delivery is consistent, efficient as well as formatted to established brand standards
Provide coordination among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams as well as external partners to ensure content and experiences are successfully delivered
Work closely with marketing team to create and execute effective promotional messaging aligned with the customer journey, retail initiatives and campaign objectives
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor content activities
