YOUR IMPACT AT STARFACE:
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible primarily for developing and executing designs and illustrations across multiple initiatives while still staying true to the overall brand identity under the guidance of the Senior Art Director and Creative Director. You must have immense attention to detail, strong color and aesthetic sensibilities, and illustration skills.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of relevant experience, fashion or beauty a plus!
Experience in illustration and the development of custom logotypes and typography
Experienced with print but comfortable also taking on digital and social projects as needed
Packaging experience specifically is ideal and a major plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)and Figma. Experience with 3D rendering software is a plus
A consistent and open communicator; not afraid to ask questions
Must be up-to-date and aware of current graphic, fashion, and beauty trends, as well as the greater culture at large
Has a strong and informed POV and understanding of aesthetics
Takes their work very seriously and is meticulous about the details
Not afraid to be bold—pushing the limits and breaking traditional design rules and presenting ideas that might be a little out there
Proactive about their work and always thinking about ways to push the brand
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will team up with the Senior Art Director and creative team at large to do the following…
Develop design driven products, such as custom illustrated patches and accompanying logotypes
Assist in the development of graphic directions and assets for campaign collateral
Partner with the Product Development Team by creating and updating product packaging
Create digital mock-ups and prepare files for review in meetings with key stakeholders
Assist with the production process for packaging and other print materials such as developing production specifications, and selecting appropriate production media and materials, such as ink, finishes and paper; inspecting proofs, etc.
Assist in the creation of digital and social assets
Partner cross functionally with the brand marketing, team to execute on a range of projects including campaigns, OOH, print and digital advertising, and assets for retail partners
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment ensuring deliverables are achieved on time while maintaining a high standard

The compensation for this role is a $85-110K base depending on level of experience, and includes bonus eligibility and company stock options.
