Boscia, the Leader in Clean Beauty for 20 years is looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager & Content Creator. The ideal candidate should be a skincare-lover who balances a creative mindset with data-driven strategies, and a passion for all things social media.
Responsible for designing and executing social media strategies across brand social media platforms TikTok, IG, FB, Pinterest and YouTube (with deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram) in order to drive revenue, growth and brand awareness.
This role will work cross-functionally, reporting in to the Director of Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
4 Year degree in Marketing or relevant field
3 - 5 years of proven brand social media management experience
Hands on experience in content creation and management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video)
Exceptional video and editing skills for social media
Excellent communication skills
Analytic and multitasking skills
Portfolio of brand social content showcasing skills
Proficient using multi-social posting programs
MSN Office Suite, motion graphics software, dubbing, mixing and sound editing and related software.
Videography and photography skills
Highly skilled and fluent with all available social and creative production apps
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement social media strategies across all brand social media platforms to align with business goals. Have deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, etc.
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns & ensure brand consistency on all company social media platforms
Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through brand platforms
Craft engaging content for daily posting (original text, photos, videos, etc)
Possess videography and editing skills for socially native content.
Understand brand aesthetics and translate into digital storytelling.
Ensure brand consistency through tone of voice, messaging and visuals
Strong storytelling skills
Create and update monthly social content calendar to include brand messaging and campaigns that follow the marketing calendar
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for social media campaigns and measure campaigns accordingly
Track and report on platform activities weekly, monthly, annually. Giving feedback and recommendations based on performance data
Oversee social media accounts’ design (profile images, timeline covers, etc.)
Work with SM Community Coordinator and help supervise all aspects of social media interactions between customers and the company, to ensure a positive customer/follower brand connection
Identify, coordinate and partner with influencers for content and larger brand partnership
Audit social media platforms as needed
Track social media traffic via Google Analytics
Work alongside department and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that content is aligned with brand planning/calendars, brand aesthetics and our visual identity
Able to respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments if needed
Able to work and take direction and constructive feedback from both peers and leaders across the organization
Track beauty industry and aspirational brands outside of the beauty space for trends, and best-in-class content, campaigns etc.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends and best practices in social media, design tools and applications
